Starbucks Alumni Community
As a former boomerang employee, getting to help develop and launch the Starbucks Alumni Community was the next best thing to, well, becoming a partner again — for a fourth time. But, as we say, once a partner, always a partner.
From defining and developing a sub-brand foundation, voice and tone, look and feel, icon library to launching the first awareness anthem ad campaign, our ongoing efforts help grow the community to more than 50k members in just two years.
