Amazon Global Selling (AGS) needed more sellers in the international marketplace and asked us to create a digital solution to guide small business .com sellers, who were hesitant to cross-launch into the .eu and .jpn marketplace due to perceived risk and lack of familiarity.
Our solution started with an audit of the existing customer journey. From there, we developed a campaign strategy, website, and assets that guided sellers through awareness and registration. Display ads and banners directed the audience to a seller-testimonial-driven microsite, where they signed up to receive tools and resources. Lastly, these leads were nurtured through the funnel to conversion using custom-built emails that pushed sellers to register for European and Japanese expansion.
